Help with Ikea frame hanging

I may be being dumb here as picture hanging isn't a gift that I have been blessed with!
But I cannot figure out how to hang these frames I have bought. They are chunky so the board with the hook is quite deep. I thought about using long screws in the wall, but they are too fat to fit on the hook also.
Any ideas??
