Natwest online banking problems?

It's down for me and service is temporarily unavailable, is anyone else experiencing problems? If so, when will it be back up?

I've been trying to log in since last night, but I get as far as the second log in screen where you enter your passwords and another screen comes up asking for my full password, PIN, card number etc.

I haven't filled it in as looks dodgy, but my sister can get on there fine with no problems. I might give them a call tomorrow if it's still the same.

Always best in that situation to key in the NatWest address rather than clicking on a favourite/bookmark. Hopefully you are doing that! :)

Nowhere in any shape or form will Natwest ever ask for the full pin or password.

The screen that asks for debit card number etc comes up if you've blocked your pin/password by putting it in incorrectly. I would just phone up to be sure. Actionline number is 08457 888 444
    I work for Natwest.

Ive tried it by typing the address in and using the link through Google as well as the saved one in my address bar, but each way does the same thing.

I think i'll try it at work tomorrow and see what I get.

Re. thanks - I post a lot on the Old Style board and I think a lot of people there thank posts to 'mark' where they've read up to. I never did understand why, but that probably explains my thanks count!

I know and I haven't completed it. I'm suspicious about most things, especially that!

I can't remember when I last logged on, but it was within the last week and I didn't get anything wrong. The page almost looks like it's split now which is weird. I did notice there's a notice about cookies now, so perhaps that's affecting it in some way?

And thank you for the number, i'll try and log in at work tomorrow and give them a call if no joy.

Check again - when I checked at 6 my salary hadn't gone in, when it's usually in by 3, but it was there about half an hour later.
