I hope I have found the right forum for this.

My situation:

Last Thursday I went to casino with my friends and tried to take out 400 gbp which where taken from my account, but the cashier couldn't give them to me because they had problems with their program so she told me that money will be back in 30 minutes as they have not approved the transaction.

Today is Wednesday and I still haven't received my money back, I tried to call to casino main office to discuss this but they told me that they will call me back but I haven't got any calls from them since last Friday. Also I contacted my bank on Monday, they told me that transaction is not accepted by them and if they don't do it the money will be back in my account, but yesterday I found that it shows on my statement -400 and I phoned the bank they told me that the merchant has approved the transfer and taken the money.
I tried to call again to casino but the receptionist was very rude and told me to wait for some one to call me.

What should I do in this situation?

Couldn't give you what?

Normaly when you get cashback at a casino they give you money. Or placks, dont normaly give chips out at a cash desk.

Also im not understand what you mean by program as in a computer program, i wouldn't of thought this had anything to do with there POS card machine.

Sounds like the transaction has been earmarked but not taken by the casino.This will drop off in a few days and your available balance will be free again.
