2 x Sky+ Boxes with multiroom?

If you have a multi room installation can both boxes be Sky+ boxes ?

With one of them running on a multi-room subscription and one on the main sub?

I know about the extra wiring and hardware needs for the two decoders was just wondering what the sub limitations are.

Yes both boxes can be sky+ boxes but you are unlikely to get 2 of these free and will have to pay for 1.

I've got two sky+ boxes with my multi-room subscription.

You'll need a quad LNB on the dish, so that four cables can run off it, but obviously the installer will sort that out.

As long as you have at least 2 premiums channels, there will be no sky+ fees for either sky+ box. You just have the extra £10 multi-room sub on top of your normal sub and that's it.
