people keep talking about other peoples avatars. the only problem is I cant see anybodies

Do I have to change a setting or something?

can anyone help?

    click on UserCP

    Edit Options

    Thread Display Options - tick the 'Show Avatars' box

    Go to user Cp, then options, then find Thread Display Options and make sure they are all ticked. :)
