PAYG sim with non expiring credit/back up sim wanted

At the moent i have two sim cards activ, one on three, and another on T mobile, as a back up.
however lately my T mobile pay as you go sim has had a lack of signal iin the same places as my main three sim.
I have no issues with Threes signal, but as with all networks the coverage isnt universal, and I need a good back up pay as you go sim for ocaisonal use ( web/text/e mail+ voice) on a decent network that preferably has credit that doestn expire after a month, and even better ( if it exists ) a data bundle that lasts ie you pay for 500mb/1Gb and you can use it up over however long you like ( ie within 6 months at least)

The places that i have been to with no usable Three/T mobile signal usualy show a good 02 signal (but they are expensive) and a moderate vodafone signal.
any recomendations?
