barclaycard

Have just applied for a Barclaycard initial, always been a straight decline in the past,
haven't applied for 6 months and got this message.

Any ideas if this will be accepted or not?
thanks

Not being rude but how the hell is anyone on here going to know If it's a Yes or a no.

If you have been declined straight away in the past then this application is looking more hopeful. Nothing for it but to wait.

If it makes you feel any better, Barclaycard are renowned for accepting applications and then rejecting them a few days later. You seem to have avoided that nasty little trick.

    Patience. Good luck, though.

More asking for anyone else's experience of the same situation rather than looking for a crystal ball

But the answer would still be inconclusive.

Anyone else's experience would not bear much relation to yours - they are likely to have different income, debt, credit history, employment status, the CC companies policies, scoring system or thresholds could have changed... any one of which could make the difference between being successful or not.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

thanks for your response. More looking for a general answer, whether this is a likely response from Barclaycard for whether someone was accepted or declined.
Last time in december they asked for address verification after i got that message, i sent the ID then i was still declined
