Might just do that, Im pretty fed up with Virgin and thinking seriously of changing. Had problems with internet last month. nearly a week with no connection :eek: and now this plus problems with TV. Think its definitely time for a change.0

I phoned them up to complain as it was down for about 4 days and managed to get a really nice CS rep.
I made an official complaint though as the way I saw it they were taking my money but only giving me part service.
He did laugh when I asked how he would feel if I charged him £30 for a jacket in my shop and after paying me I ripped the sleeves off and gave him a waistcoat.
He seemed to understand and made my complaint for me.0 -
I complained too and said I wanted a reduction on my bill. Was told to phone back when bill arrived and ask then. To be honest, I forgot all about it until now and paid the bill without asking.0

so what if you've paid the bill, you can still ring and query them. and if they agree they can credit your account.0
