Having had marketing calls despite our number being TPS registered ... I'm very interested to see that "Fundraising Innovations Limited t/a Energy Helpline" has been "selected" by Information Commisioner's Office for "monitoring because of concerns about compliance: "
ICO website / enforcement/ action taken/ calls.
I'll be looking for cashback elsewhere to support firms who obey the law.
To clarify, the monitoring was during the quarter Jan-Mar 2013. Monitoring of that specific company did not continue into the second quarter

What evidence do you have that the operation is suspect? :huh:0 -
What evidence do you have that the operation is suspect?
Given the above anecdotal evidence and the fact that it has been subject to monitoring, I regard it as suspect. Others, such as yourself, perhaps, may not and that is your prerogative.
Even if you regard the post by kenlaing as a review of the company, it is, presumably, a report on his/her experience and he/she is perfectly entitled to make that review.
I regard it as fair warning. Feel free, however, to ignore that warning if you so choose. Others are similarly free to regard that review/report in any light they choose.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

No you said "is suspect"

I ask again, what evidence do you have that the operation is suspect?
You may want to remember (or perhaps you prefer to forget) that energyhelpline was Martins preferred comparison site until recently, when he created his own site (which he obviously now recommends) that uses his paymasters own comparison site.
Energyhelpline remains, nonetheless, recommeded by MSE and is accredited by Ofgem.
You don't need to input any personal details (like full address that some comparison sites insist upon) , unless of course you decide to apply to switch via them.
