hey folks
i am going to be buying a wickes rockford kitchen from there diy range, and am after bit of help in measuring up.
i need to buy a 1000mm corner base unit,it comes with one 500mm door and a corner post,my question is does anyone know the width of the corner post the space i need to leave for it befor my next cabinet.
if you imagine you are looking at my corner unit straight infront of you,i am wanting to fit another unit 90 degrees to the left of it,then continue with more units, just need to know the size of the corner post so i can measure to see how many more units i can fit in

The measurement you need is 1125 for the run which includes the 500 door and 625 for the run coming perpendicular off it.0

thanks mate thats great...so just so i am clear, the 625mm is 570mm width of the unit and 55mm for the post,so when i measure for that run of cabinets,i deduct 625mm from the total space i have.
cheers again
