    I would be more concerned that your security questions had the obvious correct answers!!!

    My security answers are nothing to do with the questions!!

    They haven't denied the call took place, just that there was no breach of security. I would guess they asked the security questions on the account and your brother gave answers that matched yours; as far as their procedures went they had satisfied themselves that the account was your brother's.
