Need a shower curtain rail

We need an L shaped shower curtain rail and I was wondering if anyone would know whether this product can be fitted in such a way?

It's a tensioned cable, and I have no idea if that means it can be done or not! One person in the reviews says that they bought it and used it in such a way but I don't know if they needed to alter with additional tools/washers or something. This may be a stupid question but thought I'd ask here first before ordering it!

Tis is not suitable for an L shape. It goes between 2 fixed points and the metal cable is tensioned by Allen keys.

    How about this?

Fairly easy to fit as long as you know where the pipes/electrics are first!

Thanks Phil. Makes sense I suppose, just that one review threw me!

Thanks kkgree, we had a look at one of those but not sure it's suitable. Our shower is in the bath and we don't want a pole running the length of the bathroom (ie past the bath and fixed to the far wall above the sink), so would need an L shape, or one that hangs from the ceiling (or one that is strong enough with just one wall bracket)

You can get kits that are adaptable and can give various shapes (straight, U or L) They come with various lengths of tubular chrome (or white) and some L shaped corner pieces and 2 flanges that secure it to the wall.

I have had one for about 12 years in my shower and still fine.

Mmm - it seems you may be fixated on Homebase. :D If you Google "L shaped shower curtain rail" an unsurprisingly large number come up.

    Cheers
