First Capital Connect Refund issues

I recently requested a refund on my season ticket from London Kings Cross to Stevenage - A refund of £1200 - However, 6 weeks on I still haven’t received the money. Apparently in the T&Cs it can take up to 28 days.

Every time I email, it takes 5 days to get a reply and I don’t want to ring the 0845 number as I am currently in France - The reason for the refund!

Anyone else had similar problems?
Are there any third parties who I should complain to about this?
Does anyone know a local number for First Capital Connect customer services - a search on the web did not give any results.

I am getting VERY annoyed with FCC as they owe me a lot of money, if it was the other way round the bailiffs would have been round by now!
