Advice on Car Insurance no claims bonus, I am due to take a new job with a car allowance and therefore give up my company car.
How do I prove No Claims bionus to insurer for the previous 4 years I have had company car. Is it simply to get a letter from current employer to that effect?

You won't have any NCB if you have only been a company car driver (ie not had a policy in your own name to earn bonus).
This means you have nil NCB.
Get a letter off your employer stating your years of claim free driving and see if a local broker (not swinton) can get you an introductory discount to reflect your experience.0
