Do I pay CCJ or wait for Redermination?

On 3 May I received a CCJ for £85 a month for Nationwide, the Court had totally disregarded the fact I'm on a DMP with Payplan. I requested a Redermination hearing (sent off letter within 14 days). Letter signed for on 11 May. Just waiting to hear if date set for this. My instalment is due on 4 June which I imagine will be before the hearing.
Do I pay this or is the thing suspended until Redermination? I won't be able to make my full DMP payment if I pay this. Also, if I don't pay I fear they'll go for CO which hasn't been raised at this time?

Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Hi Squirrel, if you are in a DMP with you us you need to notify us as soon as possible as we will be able to assist you with this and give you specific advice.
Many Thanks

Payplan advised me just to pay my normal monthly payment to them and not pay Nationwide the CCJ instalment as they hopeful the judge at Redermination will be more realistic and acknowledge that I'm on DMP for a reason. Thanks. xSecond and final LBM 01/01/11 Nearly got there but fell of wagon. HAVE to do it this time :mad:0
