Sandpaper rolls - Flexovit or Oakey or other?

Hi all
Subject says it all really. After 20m of fine, 20m of med and 20m of course for a mixture of hand and machine sanding on stripped (of paint) timber and plaster (DIY job to save cost, cant afford pro plasterer so sanding my preferred option).
Oakey £13.98 a roll at B&Q.
Flexovit £6.86 to £8.43 at Toolstation
