Question for html gurus .. probably a basic one

A friend has setup an eBay auction with a flashy listing template. What is messing up is that the text in the headings is no appearing correctly. I have given it go in Dreamweaver but just cannot figure out how to correct the text so it appears in absolutely the middle / centre of the orange and black boxes..

Any tips / solutions would be greatly appreciated

Looks as if it's correctly done on HTML, just not shown correctly on a live page...

If I was doing it, I'd cheat and make the headings as graphics.

oh dear...I did think of that but that's a bit time consuming .... Last and worst case I guess.

That's what I thought too but there has got to be something which is moving it off....aarrrgg...how very annoying..

figured it out...it was just freaking spaces!! aahh.

But the orange and black boxes have gone out of alignment now...if only a software could read mind waves and translate those to html..

Change the style for col1 to have a 16px top margin

So right now its margin: 0 16px 0 0, change it to 16px 16px 0 0

This "pushes down" the orange box to the same height as the col2

Simples.
