Please tell me that you didn't put your name and address on them.

What about:
1) Visit car park with ANPR. Obscure rear plate on exit (only to be done on private land)
2) Visit same car park one week later with front plate obscured (again, private land only).
3) Wait for invoice saying that you were parked for a week, then publicly humiliate the PPC with said invoice.0 -
Well if I worked for a PPC and received 10 letters all at once with no stamps on and "cheque enclosed" in big red letters I'd probably think, "mmmmm I wonder if someone is trying to get me to pay the postage on these 10 empty envolopes".
. But then some of the people working for these companies are obviously half-wits so you never know. May be an idea to be a bit more subtle though.
Hi Ho Silver Awayyyyyyyyyy0 -
Send them to 10 different PPCs.
Or, show a supermarket the consequences of allowing a PPC to infest their car park with maximum stay and "no return within" T&Cs. Do part of your shopping very slowly (and, if they have a restaurant, have a leisurely lunch?) and then go to the customer service desk. Tell them that you're nearly at the time limit that the car park company allows you to spend in their store, and tell them to look after your trolley for you. Then come back after the allowed return time and see if they still have your trolley.
Of course, your second exit could also actually trigger the ANPR computer, yet you have complied with the T&Cs.
Double whammy? The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

I once sent them a letter and you know what I put a first class stamp on it!
However as it was Autumn it was rather windy, to avoid the letter being blown away I enclosed an Argos catalogue!

"Check Enclosed" is much better. And far more accurate!
They'd never notice, we're dealing with chimpanzees here, with IQs smaller than their shoe sizes.
Allegedly.
Well, actually, not even allegedly, it's true.Je Suis Cecil.0 -

Not a complicated business model......
Average income per ticket > average cost per ticket = "money for old rope"
...so if we can switch that around so
average income per ticket < average cost per ticket
.....not sure how many mass packing "infringement" action days that would take......0 -
