Hi, i won an auction for a cap its was for £3.23, the seller tried to bill me £5.23 so i told him this was wrong and now he says he posted the cap on a sunday and i've never recieved it. I can see hes selling an identical one for £5 buy it now. So i think hes trying it on.
Can i just claim back on paypal as thats where i paid? Never had a problem before so didnt know where to start

Did you query the £2 extra or was it for postage?
Do you have the item number
When they told you it was dispatched did they give you a Tracking Number?
i.e. sent via RM Recorded0 -
If you think he's trying it on I'd open an item no received dispute with paypal. How long has it been?My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
