Income insurance

Hi

Looking for some advise if any one knows any providers that provide good income protection insurance.

My main problem is I am registered disabled and attend a specialist every few months.

Most companies I have looked at state you will not be covered for pre-existing medical conditions especially if u have attended hospital within 12 months.

Can any one recommend anyone?
