bought a pen drive thingy last week and my comp couldnt find it, emailed crucial to ask for info and for 3 days a person was emailing me back and forth trying to help sort it out.
I think these guys were great. they sell computer parts and stuff... so can recommend them so far.. just about to purchase a memory stick thingy from them so will keep informed if any different.

I get all my memory from Crucial, found there products to be top notch, and the memory can run above the recommended speeds although its at your own risk.
