Hi all, I've got a serious headache from scouring the net for ideas so thought I'd come here, see if you wise lot can help.
We are looking for a 2 or 3 night break from 4/5/6th June for 2 adults and 2 kids (15 and 9).
Prefer a hotel.
I've found a deal at a hotel near Camelot theme park which is 2 nights b and b, and a family pass to the park for £258.
Do you think this is good?
Is there anything similar? Don't really want Alton towers.
We thought maybe York,or blackpool, decent priced hotel then we can do some touristy things.
We live near Huudersfield and don't want to go tooooo far.
If anyone has done something, or has any ideas I'd love other about it.
Budget is around £200-£300 for accomodation.
Thanks!

If Camelot is as bad as the last time I visited it, then no I don't think it's a good deal...0

Camelot may not be the best theme park around but it does have some OK rides and it never seems to be busy.0 -
Just an idea but you could use a 2-4-1 Hotel Card Every night you stay you get another one free in a whole range of hotels. Where are you thinking of visiting?
Alton towers is roughly 60 miles from Camelot and is widely regarded as the best theme park in the UK - I prefer thorpe park now but I'm imagining alton is much closer - you can get up to 40% off all year here
Hope this helps you out.0
