Primus / new call telecom

In need of dire help. Been with this 'company' for quite some time and had nothing but problems.
I tried to move to another company so they cancelled my line, I tried speaking to someone, they were Scottish and I couldnt understand them no matter how hard I tried, I was accused by their credit controller of being racist via email, they are constantly calling and texting my mobile even though I have asked them not to, they are stating that I havent made payments when my bank statement clearly shows I have, they are now threatening to pass my account to an outside agency. I give up with these people, they are impossible to speak, they dont listen and I have said I dont want to speak to them as I want all correspondence by either letter or email and they dont seem to be taking any notice of that either. This has gone on for about 3 years now and I am at the end of my tether.

Please help!!!

I got that bugged off with them messing up my payments,I switched to O2 for everything, all I had to do was inform O2 I wanted to sign up to them & they took care of the rest without me having to talk to Primus anymore.
O2 did a few checks when I called them & no dramas. That's all you need to do really.
