Andrex puppy points: worth the trouble?

We all know andrex toilet rolls aren't exactly the cheapest nor the most comfy, but those darn puppy points puppy eyes get me every single time! I recently bought a 9 roll and tried to enter my code, but was told the code has already been used!?

Apparently someone has got to the code without purchasing the pack... and I'm assuming it happens quite a lot as my enquiring email came back simply "looks like someone used it without purchase, we will give you your points, woof!"

HOWEVER, after waiting and waiting and a couple more emails later, I still haven't gotten my deserved points!

Are they reallllyyyy worth the trouble? Has anyone else encountered problems with your puppy points?

I don't really think they are. But regarding your lost points, just phone the helpline number and I'm sure they will credit you.

I had a problem with my points being added to the system (I couldn't see the numbers properly), and they were added manually there and then. Still not used the puppy points, though, nothing I'm really interested in.
