Scrapping my car for cash - Autogreen?

I'm trying to get a bit of cash for my old Astra & have come across a few companies who seem ok. I found Autogreen/Rewarding Recycling who seem pretty good - does anyone have any experience with them or can recommend someone else?

Thanks

Money saving tip is to advertise it for breaking for spares, sorn the car, sell the bits, then let the scrap man have whats left.
A friend had an old Astra gte 16v in his garage, the scrap man offered £40.
He advertised the spares and made well over a grand and then gave the scrapman the rest.

You will be better off taking the car to your local scrappy yourself, you should get about £120/£150 for it, make sure you get an end of life cert for it.Breaking it and selling the parts is too much hard work, the cars are as common as muck and could take you years to sell the parts if any one wants them that is.

yeah cost of time spent advertising parts and disassembling parts, the cost of taking up space in your driveway etc. its not worth the hassle.

Yes I used them last week for a 1995 Mondeo
Got a quote for it on Sunday
    They called on Monday
Picked it up from my house as agreed, on Wednesday
and got paid on Thursday - £180
Friendly and efficient, only used them once but would recommend
