Shell - Should UK ISA investors buy B shares?

Been looking at the types of shares listed for Shell - RDSA and RDSB.
Apparently the taxation of dividends on the B shares is better for UK investors - http://www.shell.com/home/content/investor/share_price_information/difference_a_b/
