buyer used 2 i.d's to bid but will only pay with one

Buyer used 2 i.d.'s to buy 9 items, one is her sisters supposedly, but now she wants to pay altogether on one invoice -
How can I do that?
She suggested adding items bought by 'sister' as postage to her invoice and cancelling them on Ebay, but what happens if the parcel is lost (I know it's unlikely but...)
Total of the 9 items is only £20 btw

It can't be done, and neither can it be paid for in one hit through paypal either. Treat it as two separate transactions. Do not let the tail wag the dog, or you are setting yourself up for a fall.

I did send her 2 invoices this morning, the address is the same but different names.
Then she asked to cancel 7 items and add them on as postage.
Perhaps her sister has no paypal account.
Anyway it's the sort of sale which I wish I hadn't bothered with as buyer is turning out to be a pain! she was supposed to collect initially but did not have time at the weekend.

That's opening up another whole can of worms. The other alternative is to send a separate invoice via paypal for the sisters transaction, but to the other email address, then mark it as payment received in ebay when it is paid separately.

I've been around long enough to know that when buyers start asking for awkward or impossible requests with paypal that in invariably goes belly up, and leaves the seller out of pocket one way or another.

And also, remember to put them on your blocked bidders list for future auctions!

What about cancelling the items on her sister's name, getting her to repurchase them on her own account, pay as per normal and she can sort out the money owed from her sister however she likes?

If she follows the 'pay now' instructions on her sisters ebay setting, but logs in using her own paypal details, she can pay for her sisters items that way.
