Restore default, MSN, help !

I can't access my hotmail account and i've noticed that on the sign in page it says, Restore Defaults. I hunted for hours and still can't find out how to do it.

When you say you can't access it, what exactly do you mean? Does the Hotmail web page load (.com and / or .co.uk)? If it does, what happens when you try and log in. Do you get an error or an incorrect password / user name?

How recently do you access Hotmail. I am sure that they used to have a policy of deleting accounts that were not used for more than a certain number of months or not used within the first few weeks of signing up.

you account gets deleted if left inactive for more than 30 days. I saw it some where the other day.

I'm even getting "Page can't be displayed" when I click on your link.


I use my hotmail account every day, I got in this evening but its gone again.
This is weird :rotfl:
