This Seller Charges Handling Fee Plus Postage

My future son in law is interested in this auction but looking to see what the postal costs were i found this in the sellers terms.

Shall we all add "Handling Charges" as this seller has a score of 7970 so he's having no problems with this "cheeky extra charge"
