Well, in my hhc I tidied the rest of the toys away, collected all plates and cups, washed up, packed 2 of hubs sweaters for the memory bear lady, cleared kitchen counters, wrote a birthday card and checked we are all locked in.

Dining room is cluttered but it's only work stuff which I shall need tomorrow anyway.

Have told the boss man I won't be there. He didn't really respond, just said he was going to Bristol anyway and cancelled the team meeting. No acknowledgement of me saying I'm seeing the dr about anxiety attacks. Still, if he was travelling, he may not have registered that part of my email, and might respond again tomorrow. He's usually pretty good once he realises I'm not going to cry at him.

Tomorrow I'm cramming in 7hrs work at home, a trip to the post office, hopefully some wallpaper removal, and flying too. Hmmm. No wonde I feel anxious. Wonder if I ought to try get some help with the decorating...

Bossymoo - either get some help with the decorating or give yourself a sensible timescale to do it in. There is no point in putting extra pressure on yourself at such a difficult time. You don't have to do everything yourself, you don't have to do it all now, and it doesn't have to be perfect.

Evening all, it's been a busy day here. Car in at 10 and wasn't ready till 1.30  got home did some flying and then kids started to arrive home, dinner done and then boys away to band and me and DD away to sign class. Tomorrow doesn't look any quieter.

Loving class tonight and i'm seriously thinking of doing the class at the tech in september, so i get the different levels.

Mumto5 fab news about baby William.
LW lovely to see you post.
Wendy great to 'see' you back.
Gentle wake up vibes for Ed.

Right bed is calling for me.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
