I am going on a Med cruise next week on this ship, the most important thing is the food for me. Can any one tell me what the eating is like on the ship, I will be stuffing my face, so times and best places to eat (for free of course).

Have you browsed through CruiseCritic? Use the dropdowns to select the cruise and liner and you'll find lots of reviews.
Royal Carribean are supposed to be one of the better cruise liners. I didn't find them all that and in fact ended up with food poisoning (I eat very little and was vegan at the time, but can pinpoint the exact cause to be some paenut sauce served with a tofu dish). It meant vomiting in my cabin for 48 hrs on sea days. You'll find the cafe on the top deck open from early until about 3pm, then from 6-10pm, for some reason there is always someone to guard the soft drinks and tea / coffee facilities. In that sense other cruise brands - such as Celebrity, where the informal dining facilities are 24/7 - are better.
Having said that, most people find the food on cruises more than acceptable. It's a case of knowing when to stop though!

I am a RCCL and Celebrity fan but always choose the 2000 passenger ships. The Navigator is too big for me. My experience has told me to stick to the medium sized ships as you get a better overall experience.
The food will be good equal to any good restaurant in the UK paying £20 /head. I would recommend you try, for the experience, the extra charge restaurant onboard as that will be exceptional.0
