Yeah, just ignore them, they are scammers. Final Notice means that hopefully it is the last thing they send before deciding they are wasting time and postage on someone who isn't being fooled by their rubbish.
For legal reasons they cannot take you to court. Even were they so inclined, which they are not. The only "enforcement" with them is in their name. So don't give them the time of day.0 -

Now heres a question,when PPCs put up these NPR poles with cameras on do they have to get planning permission to erect these?
After all it seems there has to be planning permission for things like mobile phone masts ......over to the forum for this one.0 -

In a word, yes. And they rarely do.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
