 Hi
Well done on your success
If they upheld your complaint, then you should receive back all you paid of the PPI, plus the relevant interest.
So if what they offered is what you paid, you will receive that and the interest as they stated.;)
Hope this helps. The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

The breakdown they sent of their offer will have shown that this was what you paid in PPI plus 8%. This is full redress. You can refuse this offer, but FOS won't award any more.chrishurst1982 wrote: »i have recently had a success with HSBC and they have offered me just over 1400 should i accept this initial offer or ask for more?? they have added 8 percent interest onto my premiums to get to this figure does this seem right? too low??? any comments would be helpfull0
