0% balance transfers

i have two credit cards with high interest, due to being in allot of debt and starting an IVA 6 years ago so had not to many options at the time

The IVA and the defaults have recently come of my credit report and the IVA has as well and my score has gone to over 800 so want to take out a balance transfer card, the only problem is i moved to Germany a year ago and they all state that you need to be uk resident, does any body know any that dont/ I am a house owner in the uk, not looked into a german credit card as all the paper work would be in german

Thanks

You need to be a uk resident to have a credit card, which means have a fix address, bank account & registered on electoral roll.
  • thanks, for your answer I do have a uk bank account and an address I can put myself on the electoral role
