This is embarrassing, but...

I have no idea what to write for the name on the cheque to go with the SARS letter. Hey, I've only written about twenty cheques in my entire life and the last one was about 3 years ago.

Do I put Egg? Egg Banking? Head honcho at Egg Banking. Probably not the last one. :-)

I found the address to send it to:

Egg
Riverside Road
Pride Park
Derby
DE99 3GG

Just got to write the £10 cheque now.

Can anyone advise?

Cheers.

I'd write Egg, but the bank would probably accept anything within reason.
I've worked in the accounts office of a couple of different firms and when we received payments our banks never knocked them back.
For example say it was ABC box company, we'd get cheques addressed correctly but others just to ABC; or the box company, or Liverpool boxes and the bank would take them.

Not "head honcho at Egg Banking", though!:D

Hello. Sorry to gatecrash this thread but it seems relevant. I need to also send a SARs to Egg as i need information for both an Egg loan and for Egg credit card. Should i send a separate SARs for each of these or should 1 suffice for both ?

One Sar and £10 will do, ask for all info they hold on you and not just specific items, put both account numbers.

Brilliant, thank you. Looking forward to seeing what info they hold!
