Help question after question after question

Hi,

Hubby sold a petrol car (radio controlled) and put the problems and stated not for novice or child as they take some setting up - radio gear is rubbish

I have now had probably 10+ messages asking basic things - which to use a car like this you should know.

What can I do?

Thanks,

Is there an on-line manual or forum you could give them a link to.

May I should be more specific - you need to know how to run and tune and set up this car - the questions he is asking shows he has not idea...............I did enclose the manual.

question 1 do I just stick in petrol?..........no you need to mix the petrol with decent radio car 2 stoke oil (not cheap motor bike oil)

If he cannot get it to run (I did state in the listing it was not for novice) and he damages it then with ebay rules he returns it and he has damaged it by lack of knowledge what can I do?

  • Just keep politely reiterating that this is a car suitable only for people with experience.

Put it in a large font in capital letters in the description, colour it red and underline in bold

On 10-May-12 at 07:39:58 BST, seller added the following information:
***Just to make this clear - this is not a car for someone with no knowledge as you need to know how to set up and run a petrol car. It is not a childs toy either.

    You mean like this;)

This was added after in bold - but was also in the listing

I have been asked how I ran it. I have replied and now he wants me to send a link to the the items he needs to buy to have the same equipment as me and how he would set it up. I have had these items a number of years.

I have 30 year plus experience, gained on electric, petrol and nitro, you cannot gain this by asking someone questions!

How far do I have to go................he obviously should not own this car as he has no experience.

Arrrrrrrrrrgh I dread my phone going, but he has not left feedback yet, I need some help or a stiff drink
