tree roots moving slabs !

    Without seeing it and knowing the layout, its hard to determine if the roots have reached the house. Is the path closer to the tree than the house? as for filling in the form get a quote to redo the path and you have a cost to reinstate.

    How long have you lived in the property? I take it nothing was flagged at the time of purchase?

    I am in an end terraced house, the tree is planted at the side and the roots have come up through the slabs.

    I have stayed here since the house was built, it was bought by my parents from the council and handed over to me when they passed on.
