Hello,
Ok Ive not started any veggies this year, partly due to a month of rain [or so it seemed] and I havent dug my veggie patch over, didnt dig it or fertilise it in the winter, havent started ANYTHING
So any quick ideas, I usually do some radishes and pickle them and i have some seeds, I have pea and runner bean seeds, and beetroot seeds although last year wild and annoying rabbits ruined the beets [any suggestions?]
What can I do fast [like in two days] to get something sorted? OH! I have planted some container potatoes though!
Going to a car boot tomorrow so anything I might need I might be able to get there...
What would you do?!

You should still be ok to sow seeds like you are suggesting. I was in Homebase today and they were selling a load of seedlings for 50p normal price £1.99 or so. They had loads of different things so might be worth a look or as you say the boot sale might have some. Looking on the back of seed packets also tells you always surprises me the amount of people of her who ask about seed and say they got packets lying around.Moved to Denmark for FIRE by Aug 2025 “May your decisions reflect your hopes not your fears”

Just to say, these a chap on our allotment who has been gardening for donkeys years and he dosn't even begin to clear his patch until the 1st week in June.
Plenty of time, especially this year as the weather dictates most things
