Problem accessing Sky News online

For some time now, when I try to access Sky News through their website at news.sky.com I get a very low quality picture with this message:
Sky news International Edition. Sky New's full version is only available in UK and Ireland.
Now I am definitely in the UK, (unless someone at Sky doesn't think that Wales counts) so can anyone tell me why Sky think I'm not in the UK and how can I convince them that I am?

    No.

However I think this may be a Firefox problem. Rather belatedly I've just tried accessing Sky using Internet Explorer and it works fine. I've looked in Options in Firefox and can't see any settings which might lead Sky to think I'm not in the UK.

Perhaps someone else with Firefox could try it and let me know of it does the same thing.

UPDATE: I've just cleared the Firefox browsing history (which went back several months) and now it's fine. It would still be interesting to know why it went wrong in the first place.
