Virgin Prepaid Debit Card Bank Transfer

It's my understanding that those with Virgin Pre-paid Visa Debit Cards can transfer money from their bank accounts to their prepaid card. I know there are other ways of transfering funds too, but i'd still like this info to hand.
Apparenly this used to be the correct info:
Payee name: Virgin Money Direct Depost
Account number: 10055654
Sort code: 20-03-53
Payment ref – the 16 digit number across the front of your card
Can anyone confirm if these details are now out of date?
I have emailed Virgin about it too before anyone asks, but it can't hurt to ask here too

Doesn't this, from their questions and answers section, answer your question?...
http://uk.virginmoney.com/virgin/prepaid-card/faq.jspTo top up by direct transfer from a bank account, just visit the online service at My Virgin Money where you'll be able to find all the details you need.0 -

It does, only I am having problems logging in and so wanted to negate getting trapped in a never ending customer services loop. It's not an urgent request so thought I'd ask here. I don't seem to be having much luck though, so I'll give them a call and figure it out. If I get the relevant info I'll post it here for others future reference. Cheers.0
