Yes, it is Direct Sales. I would prefer refund because I believe it is misrepresentation to tell in spec that the unit can collect 600 ml of water a day but did not specify the condition for this job.
I was intend to run it for 24 hrs but it did not survive even 4 hrs all together.
Do not go for a refund.
Simply return under the distance selling act - you have more rights that way.

I sent e-mail to Direct Sales, they said that they will ask their payment department on Monday to do refund.0
