They've been in my small local and my local tesco extra, but as I said earlier always sold out.
Thanks for that info weaver I knew safeways used to IOUs but didn't know about tescos, so Im off to get some this afternoon!

If anyone has a local One Stop shop, they've got Nouvelle toilet paper on special offer. They're £2.15 for a pack of 4, but you can buy two packs for £2 (yes, it's cheaper to buy two packs )

It also works on the "6 for the price of 4" promotional packs, so you can get 12 rolls for £2 if they have any in stock.
