PPi claims when debt has been transferred, resold

About week ago I sent off my PPI claim letters to my original creditors. All of my debts have been sold on to other companies as I joined with CCCS after redundancy. I had my first letter back from Citi Bank and they stated that because my debt has been transferred to Opus brand I should contact them for all future correspondence related to this account.
Is that right? Is Opus brand (CC Asset Management Limited) now responsible for dealing with mis-sold PPI from Citi bank. Should I really contact them instead of Citi and what are my chances of getting anywhere with that?
Looking forward to some advice as I have no idea what my next move should be.

You put the complaint into OPUS.
If you were mis sold then you will get paid, just to let you know, you may have any money you get back taken off the debts, OPUS is within Citi so they could use the money back to the debt if you still owe them any money, some banks do not do this, just to let you know that this may happen.0
