FTP servers

I am a newbie to creating a website. I have my pages to upload and have registered for some free webspace on http://www.funpic.org/ and I am using LeechFTP to upload my webpages. However I can't connect to them - I have gone to connect and entered my username and password, but it just says it can't connect.

Any ideas?

From their website:-

Log In To funpic.org web site using the original name & Password.

Go to your User-Center
Click on Webhosting FTP
Activate FTP
Enter a new Password *must be different than your normal logon password*

Try your FTP Client...Should now work!

Yeah tried this - I am actually using a FTP server they recommend as well, thanks for trying to help anyways

Hi,

This is a longshot but have you tried connecting with 'passive' mode ?
Sometimes shown as 'pasv' - try enabling or disabling. You should find this with the advance settings or similar within your ftp client software.
