First Direct - where in T&Cs for leaving £100?

Hi all,

I have read the threads on the forums which seem to refer to a service guarantee, and having valid reasons for leaving. ie: you need a "valid" reason for being unhappy.

I have looked on the website here:

http://www2.firstdirect.com/1/2/banking/current-account?WT.ac=FSDT_HM_BA1316

Then also clicked on the apply for account bit and read through the terms and conditions (well, the relevant sections) and done a search of the pdf. I can't seem to find anything in the T&Cs which state exactly what the requirements are.

Has anyone found this? To be honest, the first £125 plus the amount of praise on the forum means I probably won't end up leaving, but still want to know exactly where things stand with their satisfaction guarantee.

Thanks!
