Bit Locker disallows write to USB

I've got this replacement system from my company with bit locker on windows 7. I wasnt aware it has bit locker i.e. I can copy my data from USB to the system but not write it back to the USB.

I cannot see any option of disabling bit locker.
I just want to get my data back....
any ideas!!!!

    This did worked thanks.
But when I reset the registry value back to what it was originally it does not reactivate the Bit Locker.

The instructions given above should not have affected BitLocker, other than to tell it to allow writing to non-encrypted removable devices.
How do I add a signature?
