Bit Locker disallows write to USB

I've got this replacement system from my company with bit locker on windows 7. I wasnt aware it has bit locker i.e. I can copy my data from USB to the system but not write it back to the USB.
I cannot see any option of disabling bit locker.
I just want to get my data back....
any ideas!!!!

The instructions given above should not have affected BitLocker, other than to tell it to allow writing to non-encrypted removable devices.How do I add a signature?0
