The Diamond Jubilee Facebook competition (the "Contest") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this Contest.
By entering this Contest all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
Entry is by submitting an original photo to the Facebook Contest at https://www.facebook.com/tobycarvery. The entrant is required to upload the photo via the entry form and accepts that their details will be captured using Facebook data for use exclusively by Toby Carvery and its agents for the purposes of the prize draw.
Entries must adhere to Facebook size restrictions and be suitable for public display. Any photos deemed unsuitable by Toby Carvery Facebook monitors will be removed without notice and will forfeit the right to be entered into the prize draw.
Multiple entries allowed.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
The prize is 150 Toby Carvery commemorative aprons. One prize per winner.
The Contest starts on Friday 18th May and closes at midnight on 5th June 2012.
The judging for the prizes will take place on 6th June and each winner will be notified immediately by email or telephone. There will be no more than two attempts to contact winners. Should a winner choose not to respond within 24 hours, a subsequent winner will be picked and the same rules will apply.
