We're here watching Eurovision too! Hubby loves it. On the night of our wedding it clashed with Eurovision and I remember having a conversation with him about whether he could watch it! :rotfl:
He must have been content with the result of the conversation as that was 6 years ago!
I'm glad that you have stuff sorted for ofsted, get that out of the way and what a lovely half term you will have.
Well done on your NSD, I failed, miserably!!
Enjoy Eurovision

Just wanted to pop by and remind you to take a break from school stuff. Yes you have visitors in school this week but they really don't want to see you worn out. You will do your best for the children if you are rested and relaxed rather than stressed and tired. Take some time today, to just sit and relax, it will be worth it. Just think this time next week you will wonder what all the worry was over and be looking forward to a lovely stress free half term break.
Take care

I've put the school stuff away. I'm a bit of a workaholic, my flatmate thinks I'm mad, but as i support SEN I just want all my paperwork to be up to date. plus as I'm leaving, I feel I should make the transition for the new TA who will support my child easy and stress free! :S
but now I'm enjoying some time in the garden (want to enjoy it as much as possible this next few months, before I make the part half move to my new job)
Goals:
Goal 1:
Buy a house in 2025 (in the process)
LISA £30,000
House costs £15,000
Goal 2:
Be mortgage free ASAP0 -
Hope your visitors are noticing all the hard work you've put in.
Good luck

Sorry for the quietness guys, so ofsted have been in work this week, and basically I've turned into a workaholic (I'm only a TA but I've been with my class for a couple if years and I now what they're like) really gonna miss them when I go! !My class have been observed a few times, and they are usually little devils, but I swear when they know ofsted is around wow they pull it out of the bag! One more day of them and we can relax!!!

! !Also NSD is going swimmingly again due to the fact I have less than £2 in my bank account! I love my mum at the moment she's a star. She's been shopping and is buying two of everything! Only 17 day till payday! :S!
! My bunting for the jubilee is going great, my sewing machine still works
though I've had to YouTube a few how to thread it videos ect!!!!
Well I better get some sleep :O/!
Night all

Today I became debt fre :T and I also apologise for not being around! Basically since my last post, I've changed jobs, moved across the country, had to move out of where I was living (I planned to sty there as my job is a live in term time only job) and volunteered at the Olympics! Today is my first day of Half term!!! So I've paid off my debt, I admit I've had a bit of help with this. I received part of my inheritance, and paid off my debt!
My mission is still to save up £15,000 by 2015. So having paid off my debt, this is my new plan.
So I had to move out of my house, as my landlord decided to change the rent agreement, an as I was moving across country with my job. I decided moving out was the easiest option. So as my new job is live in I don't really have outgoing costs! Except for school holidays. It's not ideal sleeping on my parent couch, and I do plan to get a room, however until I do. I have been very grown up and set up a direct debit, whereby the money I would use as rent is being turned into Premium bonds, my wage is also quite good, so I'm managing to buy more. I know that premium bonds don't have interest added, but I at least know how much I have!!!
also I've discovered that before I can even get an interview for a PGCE I need to pass my QTS literacy and numeracy test. Henceforth me and my gcse maths books have become reacquainted. So there you go, and also the possible significant other, he's been consigned to the I'm happy without you page in my life story book. (I've got a great friend though)
So there you have it for now!
