Got a letter from the Appeals Tribunal office today (fri) and guess what ? i should be heard within 27 to 35 weeks :eek::eek::eek:

My friend has a severely disabled son. His DLA was reduced from HRM and HRC to zero for both. It was nine months before the appeal was heard. Both HRM and HRC were reinstated.0

15 months I appealed in the march and it wasn't heard until june the following year.well today was a complete waste of make up :eek:0
