Hello,
I've been buying on the Internet with my old Visa debit card for years in foreign currencies and always had the same "real-time" exchange rate (like from yahoo.com or xe.com) or 1% less.
Now that I switched to Mastercard I noticed that the actual charge is always 1% or more! Is this a known fact?
My card is in EUR and the transactions are in GBP and USD. Both banks don't apply any additional fee.
